You may ask why is this land so cheap as we just sold 20 acres nearby for 4 times the amount. This property is recreational only. Access to this land is over hill and dale. There is just jeep trails to the land. Legal access to this land is by prescribed usage. This means you have access to the land that has been established because you or a prior owner accessed it in the past from the county road We have a clear title on the land but the Title company will not guarantee the access.
