General Information
  The pictures in this auction were taken on the 4.6 acre corner parcel for sale in Park County, Colorado. County maintained dirt and gravel roads to the property. Roads that have homes on them will receive more maintenance then ones with out. Only a 2 hour drive to Denver and Colorado Springs. Short drive to Spinney Mountain Reservoir State Park and Eleven Mile State Park. 50 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort.Great views of the Saddle Mountain and the Rockies. Easy access to a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. Build a home now or hold on to the lot for the future. No full time camping or living in an RV or trailer. A septic is required to build.  
 
Building on this Land
 This land is zoned for residential construction. There is no requirement that building must commence, however, once building does commence it must be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and must comply with local building codes and restrictions.
