Oh if I had only invested in Land Yesterday! Wednesday, April 8, 2009 - Virtually all land developments are derived from land previously used for farming and as a result of the converted usage from farmland to residential, these residental developments traditionally show an even greater appreciation in value. As more and more land is converted to residential use in the future this trend of appreciation will continue at an accelerated pace. It is just the old adage 'Buy land, they're not making any more of it.'
