| | | This property in a few minutes from Palm Springs. This residential lot offers absolutely incredible views in all directions. I have personally driven this stretch of Interstate 10 many times, and can tell you that from dawn to dusk, all year round, the views of these mountains are incredible.
Just a few minutes drive East of the lot, at the entrance to Downtown Palm Springs, is the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, which takes you from the desert floor to the snowy mountain tops in the blink of an eye. Great dining can be had at Peaks Restaurant, Pines Cafe, and Lookout Lounge, offering more incredible views of the surrounding area.
Biking and Hiking in the area is just incredible, especially in the cool bright mornings, and even more so through Palm Canyon, about a 15 minute drive Southwest from the lot.
Famous Downtown Palm Springs and Old Las Palmas is a 10 minute drive Southwest from the lot. There you'll find fantastic recreational activities, shopping, and dining, including numerous outdoor cafes where you can enjoy the beautiful dry climate of this area.
