This 1.54-acre lot is located in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The land is 18 miles east of the small town of fort garland. This property is part of a gated, private and exclusive development with established quality homes. Included with the land is over 5000 acres of open space with ponds and streams for the recreational use of the owners. Hiking, fishing, cross country skiing.
