This 2.13-acre property is located in Southern Colorado, in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, about 20 miles East of Fort Garland and 40 miles East of Alamosa. The property is primarily level, with some neighboring homes down the street.

The land is part of Forbes Park, a gated private development with numerous quality homes.
