3D Videos of Land for Sale The next best thing to walking the Land yourself!
We have recently added to our website land videos which are created with pictures taken by satellites in orbit around the Earth. For many years, on-line satellite mapping services have ignored rural areas when it came to providing quality satellite images, instead providing only vague low-resolution images which offered no useful details of the area. Recently, however, the quality of satellite images of rural land has improved to a point where the images do provide a reasonable level of detail, enough to justify the time and expense required to make individual land videos for each property.
We have Hi-Definition Land Videos for many of our Properties. 67 Videos, with more added every week!
This list shows only land for sale for which we have an on-line Video.

Though satellite images of rural land may not at this time offer us the same quality and detail as satellite images of downtown New York City, we feel that using them to create our land videos can offer you valuable insight into the land itself, as well as the surrounding area. Features such as the availability of roads in the area, the topography of the land, and proximity to other homes in the immediate area can be easily evaluated through the use of these satellite image land videos.
However, some things must be taken into consideration when viewing satellite images of rural land:
• The picture is taken by the satellite while it is looking straight down at the Earth. Because of this fact, tall trees frequently will look like short shrubs. We recommend that you refer to the provided ground pictures of the land for a better idea of the trees and foliage found on the land.
• There is no way for us to regulate the time of year when the satellites take their pictures. As a result some satellite pictures are taken in the dead of winter, when trees are barren and grasses are gray. Rest assured, when Springtime comes around, everything comes back to life.
• Mapping services can only estimate the topography of the land. The slope of hills as viewed in some satellite image land videos may be less or more than when seen in real-life. We recommend that you refer to the ground pictures of the land in conjunction with the satellite pictures as viewed in the land video to determine the slope of the land.
